I’m looking for someone experienced who can drill into an RSJ lintel above my French doors and front door, then fit a small piece of wood securely in place so I can attach curtain poles later. I’ve tried myself but my drill won’t go through the lintel, so I’ll need someone with the right tools and know-how to get it done properly. I’ll provide the materials — just need the labour. There’s also a possible second job available: boxing in around my fireplace. If you’re able to take a look while you’re here, that would be great. I’m based in Swadlincote and can pay cash. Six radiators need replacing with new ones in a 70's property (three of these upstairs do not yet have thermostatic valves). One low radiator needs removing from below a living room window that is being knocked out to become french doors. The radiator in the adjoining room currently has pipes leading to this radiator that we'd like removing, so the pipes will need re-configuring. We would then like a brand new radiator installing on the other side of the living room, which will need new pipework.

I already have a mirror that needs to be installed. It measures 108cm by 63cm and is to be fitted inside the wall of a mobile dog grooming van, which is fully insulated with a 100% waterproof lining. The mirror requires six drilled holes for installation. In the first photo, you can see the new van with the mirror in place, as it should look. I have since removed the broken mirror. The second photo shows the area the mirror, where it needs to be installed in the same position. Thank you
