Hi, I have a few things that needs done as below and maybe more: #2/3 bathrooms and kitchen that needs the silicone replaced around the tiles. #Bathroom tiles need through cleaning (I have grout spray) and bath/sink drain servicing/drain unblocker applied (I have drain/plug unblocker). #Kitchen worktop needs adhesive vinyl sticker fitted after silicone fix on sink. #Small corner shelve unit fitted by stairs wall (plasterboard and solid wall). #Mirrors fitted onto passage and other places. This needs to be done on plasterboard walls so care and tools needed for find joists. Ideally someone to do all tasks if they can or some.
