I have removed the old floor planks. I have 22mm P5 Moisture Resistant Chipboard Flooring T&G 2400mm x 600mm (8' x 2') (35 Sheets) and rockwool that I need you to install. Old building so some adjustments to make the floor level is expected. Floors don’t seem too bad except for the back bedroom with a max slope of 5.5cm. I have marked the areas I need help with in blue on the floor plan. I also need help with removing the fireplaces in the two bedrooms (not the full chimney stacks). I need this completed next week. If you are good and reasonably priced we may have more work for you.

I have had the floor downstair levelled using self-leveller. this was done by unskilled workers and the result is 20mm out so we are unable to lay the wooden flooring. I need someone to level the floor again and check moisture before the wooden flooring is laid.

It didn't creak when the flooring was first installed, but since the carpet was installed it became very noticeable. The carpet can be removed easily as it needs to be replaced anyway.
