The total floor area is approximately 40 sqm and includes the living room, entrance and hallway, small WC, part of the kitchen, and a small storage area. Most of the remaining kitchen walls are covered by cabinets. The skirting boards will be provided. I’m looking for a complete, finished installation rather than fitting only. The job should include measuring, cutting and fitting the skirting boards, neat corners and joins, secure fixing, filling nail or screw holes, caulking along the top edges and any gaps, filling all joints, and leaving everything smooth, tidy and ready for painting. Please bring all necessary tools, fixings, adhesive, filler and caulk required to complete the job.
