To be very clear - this is not laying new laminate flooring. I have vinyl laminate click flooring that was incorrectly laid on underlay. As a result, it is spliting in a small number of places and I need to take it up, remove the underlay and re-lay, replacing the broken pieces. (I have the replacement boards that are the same as the exisiting flooring). This is in an open plan kitchen/living room, hallway and bathroom. I think it is a two person job. Area to lift and re-lay: Kitchen/living room: 5.6m x 4.1m Hallway: aprox 0.8m x 4.5m Bathroom: 2m x 3m aprox (I am not 100% certain the bathroom needs doing). Photos show kitchen area that has split. I am unsure of cost, so feel free to quote, but this is not a technical job, as it is a case of lifting up and putting back down. I'm suggesting it is a two person job because it requires some furniture to be moved around.
