I have bought a 2 bedroom flat - i want to remove the carpet in 2 bedrooms (please see floorplan for size) and insert laminated floor.

There was a dark brown stain on the flooring I tried to get as much off as I could however, I’ve made a small hole in the vinyl floor. I would need the stain removed and scraped off then I would need the hole filled and fixed. I am happy for a piece of vinyl to be cut from another area that’s not noticeable to fix it but I need it to look as good as new. It’s roughly 1cm.

Hello, We are looking for someone to install a stair runner and lay down some vinyl flooring in the entryway. The current carpet on the stairs and entryway will also need to be removed. I have attached some images of the type of staircase runner and vinyl flooring layout we are looking for we will provide the flooring and runner, but will need stair underlays and grippers if possible?
