Hi, I'm looking for help with sanding the floor in my bedroom. It's not a large space, but the furniture will need to be moved around during the process, which I can't manage on my own. You need to have access to a floor sander, please. This could also lead to more work, as I'm hoping to have some shelves fitted in the room afterwards. Thank you!

Looking for installation of a 5mm engineered Oak floor, tongue and groove with hidden nails into existing timber floor. Skirting boards already removed as just finished wallpapering. Lounge is 6m x 5m and Hall 5m x 0.8m. I can buy the flooring and the indicative budget is for fitting only. But also happy for fitter to supply and fit.

There is a linkage in the kitchen, because of which the wooden flooring is coming out and mould is from.

Low pile carpet has an iron burn and hping to get this fixed. A section of carpet can be taken from a cupboard to replace the damaged area
