Remove and refit skirting boards as required for proper installation. Inspect the exposed subfloor once the carpet is removed and assess whether it is suitable for vinyl flooring. Carry out any necessary subfloor repairs, preparation and levelling to achieve a suitable, stable and reasonably level surface. Please discuss/agree any significant additional repair costs before proceeding. Preferred option: install vinyl flooring if the subfloor can be suitably prepared. Alternative: if the subfloor cannot reasonably be brought to a suitable standard for vinyl, install new carpet instead. Therefore, contractor must be experienced in both vinyl and carpet installation. Move all furniture as required. Heavy furniture must be safely dismantled where possible, moved, and reassembled once flooring is complete. Small living room and hallway to be laminated

Remove carpet in bedroom and install new laminate flooring. Talker will need to arrange to clear away the carpet removed. Planning on doing whole house one room at a time Laminate flooring and underlay will be provided

Kitchen wall isn't feeling damp, but it needs fixing - 10 years after our refurb, the wall is looking cracked. the skirting board also needs some fixing. Which means we need to repaint the wall and skirting board once the work has been done.
