Need to have skirting board measured, bought and fitted

Remove existing skirting board (approx 130cm), and install a new one approx 150cm. You’ll need to bring the new board (same as in my photo) and the tools to do the job.

I have interlocking decking tiles 30x30 cm. I need them installed on a balcony 80cm wide x 350cm long. In order for the tiles to fit, you will need to cut some of them.

I need approx 45m2 of timber flooring (click connect) and underlay removed and taken away. Rooms will have no furniture so there is full access. Vehicle can be parked on the street for free on weekends Approx 40m2 of the flooring could be reused and is in reasonable condition. Areas consist of 2 bedrooms, hallway, 5 step stairs and kitchen/living area. The kitchen is staying in so the flooring underneath the kitchen units also needs to be removed. Timber boards and underlay sits on wooden floorboards which are fixed to joists. It is just the click connect timber flooring and underlay that needs removing. They come apart very easily.
