We’re looking for an experienced contractor to carry out exposed ceiling works for the upstairs area of a commercial space (approx. 40 sqm). The goal is a clean, rustic / heritage-style exposed ceiling, not a fully industrial spray-black finish. We are looking for someone to tell us what we should be purchasing as well as then replacing the items for us once they have been bought. The door handles do not stay straight and one of the locks needs replacing too. We have the cupboard door. The tap is missing a screw in its centre. The toilet seat hinge has snapped.

Looking for professional electrician to install a ceiling light and two bedside wall lamp. I was told by property management that there is cable in place in the ceiling for the pendant.
