We have recently had our flat decorated, and new bath panels installed. Since this time, our bath taps have started leaking and we believe they need replacing. The new bath panels were tricky to install and have been cut to size etc (as in pictures), so we’d ideally like this done without the new bath panels removing. We'd like a whole new tap, shower head, waterfall shower set up (not piping behind the walls, but connected externally from the bath taps). Image of the shower we would like are attached. Need my upstairs and downstairs hallway painted. I live in a typical Victorian terrace.

I broke my leg a few weeks ago and I’ve had surgery so will be on crutches for the next month or so. The steps outside my house are metal grated and slippy in the rain (pic attached) so not suitable for me to move home currently. I need someone to go over and make the stairs more suitable for crutches. I think this can be done with thin plywood and some sort of nonslip grip tape, or potentially heavy rubber matting although I’m open to suggestion. The landlord has asked that we don’t use any permanent fixings, i.e. screwing in et cetera. We can however use cable ties or clamps. The job would involve going to the flat, measuring up, buying materials and installing. I would preferably like it done at some point this week before the end of the weekend. Please reach out with ideas for best approach, quotes and availability.

Cabinet has gone loose and fell apart. Need to tighten certain things and glue certain parts to put it back up together Also, fixing the garden chair that has broken, which involves some extra nails and wood reinforcement

Need to secure chest of drawers to the wall - Tasker to please provide furniture tethers and secure safely to toddler proof

I need to install 2 wall-mounted lamps + wire them and add switches. See picture I also want to change 5 sockets/switches (already installed, just need to change the plates)

Gaps between skirting board and laminate flooring - moving out soon and need this sorted before I go, around 6 areas in total

I have bought a new mixer taps for the kitchen. I need them plumbed in. I also have bathroom taps that need straightening which will take a few seconds to do with the right tools.

We have 2 gaps in the fence in our front garden and 1 gap on the gate. Just need a small section of wood in place for each gap. We have the materials. - Due date: Flexible
