I have bought a new cooker hood I need the old one removing and replacing.

The boiler in the flat is broken, I have installed an electric shower in the main bathroom so tenants can have hot shower. However, the one currently being installed (please see photos of its specs) is not strong and hot enough, so I would like to replace it with a better one. If possible, I would also like to install one in the ensuite, although it is further away from the fuse room (see floor plan attached, the "C" room right next to the main bathroom is where the fuse box and boiler are). I want to hire someone to: 1) Choose a good model of electric shower for my needs (I want something that can provide strong and hot water for a long period of time, is easy to operate, and will not be broken easily, e.g. if the tenant switches on the shower but forgot to turn on the cold water in tap, it won't burn out within). Please only choose it from major UK retailers like ScrewFix. The quote for your job will NOT include the cost of the electric shower(s), but you will need to buy them (I will reimburse you) and bring them to my flat. 2) Someone who is Part P qualified (and any other relevant certificates needed to perform this job). I will need electric safety certificate(s) for the showers and the wiring.
