I have bought a new cooker hood I need the old one removing and replacing.

The boiler in the flat is broken, I have installed an electric shower in the main bathroom so tenants can have hot shower. However, the one currently being installed (please see photos of its specs) is not strong and hot enough, so I would like to replace it with a better one. If possible, I would also like to install one in the ensuite, although it is further away from the fuse room (see floor plan attached, the "C" room right next to the main bathroom is where the fuse box and boiler are).
