We have a panel controlled office AC system that currently distributes air into one corner only. I would like additional ducts to be installed in the false ceiling to allow cold air to be shared into different rooms/ zones. Would require ducts/ piping, and potentially an additional couple of vented ceiling tiles. Would require work in the evening, or on a Monday or Friday, when the office can be closed

Can an electrician please confirm if this has been installed properly? If not done properly I would need someone to come down and correct it. I currently stay at a 1 bedroom flat in the UK and had this Bosch Induction hob model no: PIE631BB5E recently installed. I have attached a screenshot from the manual. Thank you in advance.
