I need someone to fix a loose joint in a downpipe toward the back of my house. There is a joint in the downpipe and that joint has gone loose causing water to leak and run off when it rains. It would either need replacing or fixing.

It’s a chimney stack in a bedroom. The front and sides need papering. There is a small angled area at the top on the right where it meets the ceiling. The wallpaper is patterned and needs pattern matching. The wall was replastered last week

I am looking for someone who can install some felt shingles on my new 3x3m gazebo, which I built a few months ago. I have the pins, felt glue and shingle tiles all ready to go, which were purchased as a set alongside the gazebo from Dunster House. All good quality etc. Plastic membrane has already been installed and stapled to the wooden roof. The shingles require a blob of glue on the corners before they're put on top of the membrane and also nailing with included pins, overlapping in a certain way (l have the instructions and a video on how to do this from the brand they were shipped by of so can see how it's supposed to be done). Am flexible on when this task can be completed, but obviously needs to be a dry day. I think it should take a few hours max, although a ladder will be required to access the top of the gazebo (is about 3m high). Previous experience in installing this preferred. In terms of budget I was thinking £40 an hour X 3 hours, if it goes to 4 hours then £160, but if you can do it in 2 hours l'l stillpay £120. So £120 min £160 Max, How's that sound? Thanks!

Acustico wall panel to be fitted on to the chimney breast with a square to be cut for plug sockets as tv is mounted there.
