Lead flashing on the chimney seems to have been lifted, probably by the wind and just needs to be put back into place and secured.

The area where the conservatory roof meets the house leaks, I need the outside patching. The lead flashing needs replacing on that one strip. Please can someond come and fix it

We have a wet patch coming through the top corner in our bedroom and think it may be caused by blocked gutter.

Gutter clean of 3 bed semi detached house

This is a small job but requires the person to bring ladders, sufficent to reach the roof guttering on a 2 storey house. Rain drips from the corner piece shown in the photos. The window cleaner told me that either the seals have gone or it needs pushing in more firmly / or both. I have the replacement seals already (also shown in the photo). I need someone with ladders to come and replace the seals if necessary and ensure the corner piece is securely in place.

Top of gutter down pipe as disconnected from gutters when adding on new pipe to a lower drain. Needs reconnecting

Old owner didn't brick up a window opening and there is exposed insulation that needs bricking up. Can supply bricks for this. There is a soffit missing at front of house above bedroom window. Haven't sourced the soffit yet Some flashing has come loose and maybe some repair brick work needed on first storey roof - probably needs small scaffold as access is challenging. Don't have the materials to fix issues. No damp evidenced under the roof.

I need someone to fix a loose joint in a downpipe toward the back of my house. There is a joint in the downpipe and that joint has gone loose causing water to leak and run off when it rains. It would either need replacing or fixing.
