Kitchen mixer tap has been wobbling around for a few months. As can see it’s very rusty. I’m 9months pregnant and can’t seem to get to the bolt to turn it. Blocked toilet - water still flushes slowly

We think the hook has come off the flush handle on the ensuite toilet we have had a guest saying who have been use the toilet and put tissue down it and so because it won’t flush it’s backed up
