Kitchen top drawer front: fixings have pulled out on one side and taken the board with them. Needs the holes drilled out, dowelled and reglued, then redrilled and refitted. If the board is beyond repair, a quote for a replacement front (Howdens, 2020 fit). Please also check the fixings on the other drawer fronts in the run. Shower head holder has lost its tension and the head tips and falls. Likely needs the holder or riser bracket replacing. Replace loft hatch that has been punched from below and has a hole, replace with insulated backed wooden hatch. reinforce blinds in kitchen (front and back windows in the middle to stop it bowing Access is via the tenant, so I need you to confirm the appointment with me and the tenant the day before. FIX A LEAKING SHOWER THAT DRIPS WHEN YOU SHUT IT OFF

We have a suspected water leak/water ingress in our bathroom and need an experienced plumber to investigate and identify the source, and repair it if possible. We live in a leasehold flat and have recently returned from being away for 2 weeks. We noticed: - Damp/discolouration on the bathroom wall immediately beside the toilet - Slight dampness behind the toilet - Water getting underneath the LVT flooring immediately outside the bathroom door - A raised/bubbled area in the LVT next to the wall beside the bath - The bathroom in the flat above is directly above ours The bathroom was not used while we were away, so we're concerned there may be a slow/ongoing leak. We would like someone experienced in bathroom leak detection to: - Identify the source of the water ingress - Check the toilet inlet/waste connections and pipework - Check the bath waste, pipework and surrounding plumbing - Check for water ingress around the bath/silicone - Advise whether the leak could be coming from the flat above - Repair the leak if the source is within our flat - Advise whether any further investigation is required We have photos of the affected areas and can provide these with the task. Please only apply if you have experience diagnosing bathroom leaks and can investigate the source rather than simply resealing/regrouting. The original engineer advised that the pipework appears to be from the original development, and the leaks are likely due to wear and tear on the joints or the valve. The job will require temporarily isolating the water supply and is expected to take around 1 hour. Looking for a plumber to inspect and fix the leak and carry out any necessary repairs.
