I'm looking for an experienced handyman/plumber to inspect and carry out the following maintenance work: 1) Inspect the bathroom extractor fan to ensure it is functioning correctly and venting air outside the apartment. 2) Reseal or replace the bathroom tiles/grout where required to prevent water ingress. 3) Install pipe lagging (insulation) on the boiler room pipework and behind the toilet to help reduce condensation. 4) Repair the leak beneath the toilet (WC) cistern. Please bring any necessary tools and advise if additional materials are required. Experience with bathroom maintenance, plumbing, and damp/condensation issues is preferred.
