Hi, I'm a landlord looking for a reliable handyman for ongoing work on a tenanted two-bed terrace in Salford (M6) near Salford royal hospital. Kitchen top drawer front: fixings have pulled out on one side and taken the board with them. Needs the holes drilled out, dowelled and reglued, then redrilled and refitted. If the board is beyond repair, a quote for a replacement front (Howdens, 2020 fit). Please also check the fixings on the other drawer fronts in the run. Shower head holder has lost its tension and the head tips and falls. Likely needs the holder or riser bracket replacing. FIX A LEAKING SHOWER THAT DRIPS WHEN YOU SHUT IT OFF

Looking for a phone call to provide some advice on switching our bath mixer tap into a shower mixer. Do we need to tile behind the shower head or can it be mounted - also what kind of labour costs are we looking at.

We have a suspected water leak/water ingress in our bathroom and need an experienced plumber to investigate and identify the source, and repair it if possible. We live in a leasehold flat and have recently returned from being away for 2 weeks. We noticed: - Damp/discolouration on the bathroom wall immediately beside the toilet - Slight dampness behind the toilet - Water getting underneath the LVT flooring immediately outside the bathroom door - A raised/bubbled area in the LVT next to the wall beside the bath - The bathroom in the flat above is directly above ours The bathroom was not used while we were away, so we're concerned there may be a slow/ongoing leak. We would like someone experienced in bathroom leak detection to: - Identify the source of the water ingress - Check the toilet inlet/waste connections and pipework - Check the bath waste, pipework and surrounding plumbing - Check for water ingress around the bath/silicone - Advise whether the leak could be coming from the flat above - Repair the leak if the source is within our flat - Advise whether any further investigation is required We have photos of the affected areas and can provide these with the task. Please only apply if you have experience diagnosing bathroom leaks and can investigate the source rather than simply resealing/regrouting. Ideally we'd like the leak diagnosed and repaired in one visit where possible.
