I would like to take down my existing wall cabinets in the kitchen (3) and I will need someone who can plaster the wall, fill all gaps, paint it and attach two wooden (floating) shelves.

Hi Looking for reliable workmen to fix/replace the plaster on one wall where water has come through from a leak in the shower next door, then to replace the old aluminium windows with new double glazing and take down the ceiling above the window and replace the drywall as it’s rotted due to water damage, I would need it done all in one week can upload more pictures if needed

We have two walls that had damp damage from window above. They are dried out now and need repair. One is a spare bedroom that needs repainting. The other is in stairwell and looks like it may need plaster as well as paint. Flexible on whether you provide paint or we do.

It is an empty 4 bedroom house but all rooms do not require painting. The things that need to be done are : 1. Living room walls 2. Fixing the small crack on kitchen ceiling. 3. Fixing the wall gap in the dining room and painting the room. 4. Fixing the ceiling of a small bedroom. 5. Painting 1 wall in the top floor bedroom. Pictures of the cracks and gaps that need fixing are attached. I'm not sure what equipment is needed and what paints to buy for it. I would like to keep the colours as is, just do fixing and a refresh on the walls. We found some leftover paint in the shed but don't know the state of them. We can purchase before the painting day to prepare of you can give a list of necessary items (or ideally bring your own equipment).

I’m looking for a plasterer to complete a small job following a recent boiler flue replacement. Scope of work: • Plaster newly installed boxing around the flue • Plaster a small section of ceiling inside an adjoining cupboard Additional context: • There are two access panels currently held in place with tape • These will need to be properly fitted once the plastering is complete and dry • Please confirm whether fitting the access panels is something you can include, or if this would need to be arranged separately By a painter and decorator.

Hello trying this again, I’m looking for someone who can plaster/smooth out a small part of a wall and then paint it. I will attach photos. Paint has been ordered and is being delivered, so no need to buy. I’ve marked an area which I’d like to be painted (it’s inside the red box). Part where wall has been cut for wire installation needs to be plastered for a smooth surface before painting.

Need an experienced plasterer/builder/decorator to “make good” a communal hallway ceiling after plumber accessed and fixed a kitchen waste pipe leak (leak already repaired and tested). Location: SW11 (communal entrance hallway above/near the front door). Current situation: • Rectangular ceiling opening and some damaged/loose plaster around it • Older lath & plaster visible in places • Pipework + lots of electrical cables visible in the ceiling void Scope required (please quote with breakdown, incl. materials & waste removal): 1. Protect communal area (dust sheets, tidy & safe working) 2. Remove all loose/damaged plaster/board back to sound edges 3. Install timber battens/noggins as needed to support the repair properly 4. Install insulation above the repaired area: supply & fit mineral wool insulation (Rockwool/Knauf, 50–100mm as space allows) for thermal/acoustic improvement. Install safely around cables/pipework (do not compress insulation, do not bury any electrical junctions, keep any required access clear). 5. Supply & fit 12.5mm plasterboard to close the opening (prefer fire-rated FireLine/pink suitable for communal area) 6. Scrim/tape joints + skim plaster smooth, ready for paint 7. Stain block any water marks 8. Paint ceiling (2 coats) and make good repaint surrounding area and hall way for an even finish 9. Dispose of waste + clean down 10. during the pipe access works, the doorbell/camera cable and cover/positioning have come loose. Please include in the make-good: • Refit/secure the doorbell/camera unit and cable neatly, and • Replace/refit the doorbell cover/boxing (as per the photos) so it looks tidy and is firmly fixed.

Tasks: • Mount a 65-inch TV (bracket + screws already provided). • Hang/fix a large canvas painting. • Adjust 2 small wall shelves (they need lowering slightly). We had to break a small hole in the wall. The construction folks plastered it, but aesthetically it looks bad and my landlord is complaining.
