Hi! I’ve taken out an inbuilt wardrobe I didn’t like and have done most myself but now need to get the bits where the wooden beams once were made good and replastered. There is still one small beam in the ceiling which I can’t remove but will need to go but is edged in by other beams so that may need to be cut out and are non structural. No painting required but just needs to be ready for painting! The job includes. Minor timber trimming or removal. Plaster repair to walls and ceiling. Blend into existing textured ceiling. Not in congestion charge and free parking available underground in secure car park if it’s not a big van! I need help repairing and repainting two areas in my flat: 1. Bathroom wall – a bracket has come loose, leaving screw holes and marks. Needs filler/plaster repair, sanding, and repainting with bathroom-suitable paint (white). 2. Hallway (dark colour) – several screw holes and surface damage left after bike holder has been torn out of the wall. Needs proper filling, sanding flush, and repainting. Because the wall is a dark blue colour, I expect the whole wall may need repainting for a clean finish. Requirements: • Provide own tools and materials (I can supply paint if advised what to buy). • Ensure a smooth, neat finish with repairs invisible once painted. • Protect flooring/skirting while working and clean up after.

We attempted to install the curtain rods ourselves and failed. Wall is now damaged and needs to be plastered. We need a professional to install the curtain rods for us. The curtains we want to install are quite heavy, suited for winter months. The rods are roughly 2.2m long. We don’t have a stepladder or the right tools for it unfortunately.

Two Ceiling extractor fans need to be installed on the ceiling of two bathrooms where the old extractor fans were removed from. - You will have access to above the ceiling via the loft/attic - They need to be installed in the cavity of the ceiling, so they need some kind of frame to be built so that the fans can be stuck to it. One of the fans has been already installed but needs adjusting, see image taken from below. - The plaster in the ceiling needs to be fixed to fit the new extractor fans, the old ones were bigger so the hole in the ceiling plaster needs to be made smaller. The picture taken from the bathroom with the extractor fan already in place show how the plaster needs to be fixed in order to fit the new extractor fan. - The electrics need to be connected to the fans. I have added pictures taken from the bathroom and a picture of where they connect to the pipe, taken from the loft. Please ask questions or ask for more pictures if anything is unclear.

celinig extractor fans need to be installed on the ceiling where the old extractor fans were, and the plaster in the ceiling needs to be fixed to fit the new extractor fans. I have added pictures of the location where the fan is to be installed and a picture of where they connect to the pipe. The picture with the extractor fan and the one with the extractor fan being removed show how the plaster needs to be fixed to fit the new extractor fan.
