Supply and fit a plasterboard partition wall in bedroom.

I have recently had my wall filled to get rid of a crack but it is still not as flush. I have been recommended that the wall is caulked then painting. I would like the wall to show no difference. I have left over paint to paint over once done

Plasterboard cornice needs putting up. Square room approx 4x4m. We have acrylic grab adhesive. Edges need to be mitred for correct angle at corners.

Hi, I have a split-level apartment with one reception room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, one toilet and one kitchen, as well as a staircase that connects the floors. I am looking for someone to re-plaster and paint the whole apartment. The apartment is around 80 sq m.

I need someone to sort out the ceiling in the bedroom (2.6 x 3.2m) which is currently textured. I want the ceiling to be smoother but not sanded down, and ready for a coat of paint, so maybe it’s just skimming plaster? We don’t know if it’s asbestos so want to just be safe just in case! Needs to be done this week

Plaster 3 Rooms in a Small Apartment I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to re-plaster three rooms in my small apartment. The work includes: * Plastering the walls and ceiling in one small bedroom. * Plastering two additional small rooms (walls and ceilings). * All existing wallpaper will be completely removed by me before the work starts, so this is plastering only. The apartment is small, and one of the rooms is very small. I’m looking for a smooth, paint-ready finish from someone with experience in plastering.

I have wallpaper that needs attaching as a feature wall. There is a large window and heater right in the middle of the wall plus another window so the wallpaper will have to go around the window (see image). The area of the wall is large but the actual attachment of the wallpaper is much smaller due to the windows that are taking up the space.

Hi, I need a skilled handyman, plasterer, or property maintenance specialist to complete a bundle of interior plaster and cosmetic repairs following a recent cabling/sprinkler installation. All work is preparation for me to paint myself; surfaces must be left perfectly smooth and flush. The job consists of 5 specific tasks across three rooms: 1. LOUNGE WALL: Repair one 1cm hole beside a framed print, plus three vertical plaster gouges (one 25cm and a pair of 20cm gouges) running up to the coving line. 2. KITCHEN CEILING/WALL: Repair an 8cm diameter round hole cut into the plasterboard ceiling. Also repair a vertical slice (50cm long x 2cm wide) cut out of the wall that runs through the decorative coving. 3. HALLWAY DECORATIVE COVING: Re-fit and blend a section of decorative corbel-style coving that was removed. I have saved the original plaster piece (fully intact but with rough, chipped edges). Needs to be cleanly bonded back into the gap and seamlessly blended/rebuilt with fine filler so the joints are invisible. 4. HALLWAY CEILING HOLES: Repair one single 8cm round hole, and one pair of overlapping 8cm holes forming a vertical "figure-eight" shape. (A cable is visible inside, so care must be taken with backing support). 5. HALLWAY WALL HOOK: Clear out a damaged hole where a wire-suspended lighting fixture hook was pulled out. Install a heavy-duty wall plug/anchor (suitable for the wall type) and securely reset the hook so it safely supports the light wire again. Requirements: - Please bring all your own tools and core materials (e.g. plasterboard scraps, timber backing battens, scrim tape, coving adhesive, heavy-duty wall anchors, and fine multi-finish fillers/compounds where needed). - I can provide dust sheets and ladder. - Deliver a perfectly flush, sanded finish ready for painting.

Make good and paint a wall 4 x 4 meters. You will need to bring own ladder we will provide paint. The wall is currently concealed by drapes wall will need some repairs. Plugs can be covered as not essential

Remove old plaster and repair a small section that was there after a previous leak

Hello trying this again, I’m looking for someone who can plaster/smooth out a small part of a wall and then paint it. I will attach photos. Paint has been ordered and is being delivered, so no need to buy. I’ve marked an area which I’d like to be painted (it’s inside the red box). Part where wall has been cut for wire installation needs to be plastered for a smooth surface before painting.

Need an experienced plasterer/builder/decorator to “make good” a communal hallway ceiling after plumber accessed and fixed a kitchen waste pipe leak (leak already repaired and tested). Location: SW11 (communal entrance hallway above/near the front door). Current situation: • Rectangular ceiling opening and some damaged/loose plaster around it • Older lath & plaster visible in places • Pipework + lots of electrical cables visible in the ceiling void Scope required (please quote with breakdown, incl. materials & waste removal): 1. Protect communal area (dust sheets, tidy & safe working) 2. Remove all loose/damaged plaster/board back to sound edges 3. Install timber battens/noggins as needed to support the repair properly 4. Install insulation above the repaired area: supply & fit mineral wool insulation (Rockwool/Knauf, 50–100mm as space allows) for thermal/acoustic improvement. Install safely around cables/pipework (do not compress insulation, do not bury any electrical junctions, keep any required access clear). 5. Supply & fit 12.5mm plasterboard to close the opening (prefer fire-rated FireLine/pink suitable for communal area) 6. Scrim/tape joints + skim plaster smooth, ready for paint 7. Stain block any water marks 8. Paint ceiling (2 coats) and make good repaint surrounding area and hall way for an even finish 9. Dispose of waste + clean down 10. during the pipe access works, the doorbell/camera cable and cover/positioning have come loose. Please include in the make-good: • Refit/secure the doorbell/camera unit and cable neatly, and • Replace/refit the doorbell cover/boxing (as per the photos) so it looks tidy and is firmly fixed.
