Bathroom 2: Size: 2m x 1.5m Work: - Sand down a single skirting board that has what looks like damp rising marks + apply B.I.N Shellac primer + paint - Apply 1 coat of B.I.N Shellac stain killer primer to affected areas on one wall + ceiling. - Apply 2 coats of white bathroom paint on the ceiling, one partial wall. You need to be experienced and have worked with B.I.N Primer products / moulded or damp rising walls before. Bring your own tools. Please see images attached. We have a 2-bed flat with 2 bathrooms, a living area, an open kitchen and corridor. We need the following work done: 1. Re-paint the 2 bedrooms + living area + kitchen + corridor (walls only, ceiling not required). There may be some stains and protrusions (e.g. from blu tac marks) that need to be filled or removed, then saneded and repainted with 2 layers of paint. Please match new paint to the existing paint 2. The 2 bathrooms' silicone should be removed and replaced. Some grouting are stained and should be replaced 3. The 2 bedrooms' handles open upwards instead of downwards. They need to be fixed or replaced so that they open downwards 4. The washing machine keeps vibrating during wash cycle and move out of position. We need to adjust/level the machine or increase the friction between the machine and the floor so that it does not vibrate and move out of position.

I have moved out of my flat in Haggerston and had it redecorated, but unfortunately the job was not done well. The walls and ceiling need one more coat of white paint. I will be present to help with the work which it should be possible to complete in two days. There’s one open plan living room/kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. I will supply the paint.
