Find an experienced local painter in Stratford

Had some minor water damage to my rented apartment. Since then I have had a specialist come out check the wall get it dried with a dehumidifier, the wall is now ready for priming and painting with a small amount of filling needed where the engineer had to take a look inside the wall. I have brought all the products for the job zinsser primer the paint and the filler ready for the job. This is a rental property so I need it to look visually appealing until future work is done in the late future.

I need someone to help fix the patches on the wall. I have attached a photo.

We painted our small nursery but need help with the edges

Require removal of water damaged skirting board, and replacement. Needs to be completed before Mon 28th April (ie. works to be done Sat and Sun). Brand new carpet has just gone in as well as fresh painting of walls - therefore need someone who will be neat and tidy with the works. The skirting board doesn't have to be same material, just needs to be colour matched to old skirting board. House requires several touchups throughout. There was previously shelving and other items hung on walls. We have had all the wall hangings removed, holes filled, and partially sanded. Walls will require sanding before paint touchups to make sure walls are smooth. Note: there have been some adhesives that have left residue in the top floor / loft bedroom. We have x1 full can of paint purchased 3 years ago but never used. Should be enough!! Only require paint to cover any marks. We are not looking for a full paint job.
