Repainting/decorating of 1 bedroom flat, which includes filling some parts of the paint which have been pulled off due to picture hook stickers. Floor plan and photos attached. Flat has high ceilings so a tall ladder will be required. Only experienced decorators/painters please. (Photos of the flat prior to the last rent included. I have one bedroom wall that needs to be painted. It includes an area that measures approx 50cm x 3m and then an area that goes behind three radiators (photos show area). I have a ladder and will supply the paint. You would need to bring appropriate brushes etc and a way to get behind the radiators. In the photos I’ve circled the areas in red.

Paint one wall, approx 2mx2m

I want one room painted - walls currently have a different colour on them which needs sanding. Current walls are teal, new walls will be cream so potentially need a layer of white under. Skirting needs neatening up as there is damage, there’s also damage under the radiator - see pics. Ignore the price - I am open to offers. Room is 3.6x3.5m.

This is a small box room - after removal of radiator the plaster and wall is weak, so needs removal of current bits of plaster/tiles, replasterboarding, skimming up to c1.2m high, and fresh skirting board applied, so the room is in a finished state. Needs own tools

I’ve moved into a 2 bed flat and I need some help painting. I’ve done one large wall but need help doing a bedroom, the hallway and the other wall in the living room.

- Strip back all existing render & wall furnishings(remove debris) - Prepare surface (eg add mesh/ensure level) - Render external wall, to smooth finish - Prepare and paint entire rear wall white - Fix wall furnishings (eg lights, hose holder, washing line) Due date: Flexible

I would like someone to repaint the walls (two coats of paint) in our hallway, landing (hallway downstairs, stair landing area and hallway upstairs) and a small WC room. Please note the walls by the stair landing are steep (approx. up to 3m tall) so please only apply if you have a ladder that can access this area and are comfortable painting at height. I have all the paint and painting tools needed although you are welcome to bring your own instead if preferred. I only have a step ladder, so you’d have to bring your own for the stairs. Ideally, I’d like this painted either next week – Wednesday/Thursday/Friday (29th/30thNov/1st Dec) or the following week anytime Monday - Friday (4th – 8th of Dec).
