*Looking to get this done ASAP - ideally next week* We had our bathroom renovated recently and painting is the final piece of the puzzle. Need someone careful please who will mask/cover the new fixtures and tiles walls/floor properly to avoid getting paint on anything. There is a little bit of prep work required - some new walls are currently plaster finish, some have the old paint on them which needs sanding off/removing please. Also need the ceiling painted please and the woodwork around the window frame and door frame. Basically anything you can see that’s pink in these photos needs to be painted :)

Small bathroom skirting boards and door painting

There is some mold growth around the window area of my (tenanted) flat and I would like to remove it and redecorate the area. Ideally I would like someone to scrape off a good amount of the old paint ( was probably painted over old mold in the past) treat the area with an anti mold solution and then repaint. Door Area Woodwork Door leaf excluded. * Prepare and prime door frame and associated woodwork. * Apply 2 coats of paint to door frame and surrounding woodwork. * Leave all painted surfaces with an even, consistent finish. Final Finishing * Complete all snagging and touch-up work. * Remove waste generated by the works.

I recently had a new metal frame 4.5m2 suspended ceiling installed, now just looking to have it skimmed and finished (ready to paint). The remaining gap seen will be covered before arrival.

We had a small stain on ceiling, the cause of which has been fully repaired. I tried to paint over the stain, but didn't do a very good job (see photo attached).
