Stain on kitchen ceiling from a leak of of upstair's washing machine waste water pipe. Leak is now fixed and stain has dried. We can provide the primer and paint but we do not have a ladder to reach the ceiling or paint rollers. We just need the stain painted over, not the whole ceiling.

External walls (masonry paint) need repainting, all on ground floor. Basically the garden walls need a lick of fresh masonry paint (white). The work needs to be done carefully without damaging any of the decking in the garden. Part of the wall has vegetation growing over - this would need to be cut back - so that the wall beneath the weeds can be painted.

We are looking for a painter to paint one of our bedrooms (a small room, less than 3m x 3m). It was initially two tones, with the upper half a yellow, and the lower half a dark orange. We have lightly sanded the line as it was prominent and applied two base coats in white (however not to the highest standard, especially with the cutting in). We would like this room to be painted in white and have the paint ready to go. The photo attached makes the room look a lot better than it is! Separately there is a single wall in another bedroom we would like painting in an off white to match the other three walls (we have the paint). The wall is currently a (very) dark blue, near black.

We need you to bring your own supplies including paint. Just simple white paint that a landlord would use in a rental and paint two walls. One of the walls has been poly filled so maybe a sander would be good to bring too to ensure there’s a smooth surface.
