I can also purchase the Zinsser ceiling paint if needed. I also have a step ladder. First photo is the bathroom, the others the kitchen ceiling.

There is some mold growth around the window area of my (tenanted) flat and I would like to remove it and redecorate the area. Ideally I would like someone to scrape off a good amount of the old paint ( was probably painted over old mold in the past) treat the area with an anti mold solution and then repaint. I painted my flat myself. 3 of walls are patchy and like has grey ish patches that look wet but it not. It was supposed to off white . I have painted a few times but not getting any better. Not sure if needs to be sanded or primed. Can you come to Ealing. Some walls appear shiny as i have sealnt on with no paint on top. I have the a paint and selant and pollyfilla already when needed . Will just need someone with professional sander etc. i have tried to paint up stuff but walls were in poor condition need a professional

The job shouldn’t take more than 10 days or so, may be couple days more or couple days less. Paint will be provided. The doors and the ceilings also need to be painted also. The whole house would be painted white apart from one wall in the front room would be a different colour. You must be clean tidy professional and mostly experienced with tools.
