There is mold coming through the wall in the bathroom, some of the paint is peeling. I would like it re-painted with bathroom paint. The sealant around my bathtub also had mold so would like that to be removed and replaced please.

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. There are two areas in the house where a leak from upstairs stained the ceiling. The ceiling needs restoration. For the ceiling standard white paint is required however there is a matte gray painted area in the bathroom that requires a gray paint that I will try and source ahead of time. There is a step ladder in the house but might be too short depending on height, so a ladder may be required. There is a stained area in a built-in wood wardrobe, if we can apply varnish to restore the wood (or any alternative suggestion from you) it would be much appreaciated. So overall jobs include: - Scrape & sand (removing flaking paint) - Clean (washing and drying) - Fill cracks (with filler, then sand smooth) - Prime (apply stain blocker) - Paint (first coat and blending edges) - Finish (second coat, feathered out)

Hi there - my sink leaked downstair into the neighbours flat. As you can see its gone through to the ceiling so it needs to be painted over and corrected. I have had the humidifier on now for 4+ days so it should all be dried out!

It will involve going into our attic to make sure it is suspended from a joist. Super tall ladder required. Ceiling height is about 2.5/3 metres in some places.

The job involves the following steps: 1. Preparation: Scrape away all the loose, peeling paint and any unstable surface material. 2. Patching: Apply a suitable filler or patching compound to the damaged area, ensuring it's smooth and level with the rest of the wall. 3. Sanding: Sand the patched area to a smooth finish, ready for priming.

I had a dart board up and it's taken away some of the paint behind the board. Therefore need some patch work done. x5 small holes about 2-3 inches wide and tall that need sanding/patching/painting etc over so they blend back in with the whole wall. Person will need to source the paint (and colour match to the wall) and provide own equipment for the job.

I need help repairing and repainting two areas in my flat: 1. Bathroom wall – a bracket has come loose, leaving screw holes and marks. Needs filler/plaster repair, sanding, and repainting with bathroom-suitable paint (white). 2. Hallway (dark colour) – several screw holes and surface damage left after bike holder has been torn out of the wall. Needs proper filling, sanding flush, and repainting. Because the wall is a dark blue colour, I expect the whole wall may need repainting for a clean finish. Requirements: • Provide own tools and materials (I can supply paint if advised what to buy). • Ensure a smooth, neat finish with repairs invisible once painted. • Protect flooring/skirting while working and clean up after.

Part of 1 wall needs to be sanded down as it’s had glue on it before and can’t get a smooth finish on it as it is. I’ve tried doing it but find using a sander quite difficult for some reason. It’s the blue part of the wall. Also, the part just above the white panelling piece needs to be (carefully) sanded as there is some leftover glue so can’t get a smooth finish. You will need to have your own sander as my sander isn’t that great.
