I need to replace an old ESI thermostat with a new Google Nest Thermostat. We have two zones (one for the ground floor and one for the first floor). The groung floor already has a Google thermostat installed and l want to install the the second one in upper zone. I will provide the thermostat.

Earlier today, the door handle of the Siemens iQ500 washing machine broke, and now the door cannot be opened. The handle has become detached from the internal lock mechanism, so even when I try to pull it, the lock does not release. Because of this issue, my clothes are stuck inside the drum, and I cannot access them. I already tried the recommended emergency release procedure, but the lever does not move, which suggests that the door lock might be jammed or damaged. I am very sorry for the inconvenience — this situation is a bit embarrassing, but I am doing my best to solve it as quickly as possible.

My bathroom light is a cord that you pull and it's come out of the ceiling. Need it to be fixed back on or improved. Also feel free to have a look around and see what else can be improved at a later date as there are lots of things that have problems in the house.

Hi! We need a bathroom extractor fan (for steam). There is no existing fan. The external wall (brick) will need to be drilled. The bathroom is on the 1st floor (there is level access outside for a ladder). The nearest electricity supply is the ceiling light fitting, though there is also a mirror-mounted light nearby.
