The cord on a Thomas Sanderson conservatory blind is broken

I’m looking for someone to repair an existing Roman blind. The lift cords at the back have become tangled, & some of the clips or rings that guide them may need fixing. Three other Roman blinds need minor adjustments to their rear cords & fittings. I also need a roller blind fitted, curtains hung & a Roman blind fitted in another bedroom. All work is in bedrooms.

The shower door fell off in the middle of the night. I thought a bomb had gone off. It’s not broken and I’ve managed to get the metal part off but I can’t manage to get them to gather again. It’s just me really and I hate baths. Please someone say you can help. I’ve tried for two nights now but I’m frustrated that I can’t do it 😑 Admitting defeat. Please. If I could do it I would!

Cut 2 bolts out of toilet where old toilet seat was. I have tried for about a day to loosen the nut and also hacksaw off the bolt but i think it is stuck and rusted with grime. Nasty job sorry! It wont let me upload images

I could see that bit of cement seal near chimney flashing is broken that is why water is seeping through during windy rain. The whole flashing need not to be replaced. The seal needs to be fixed.

The door has come of its hinge and the door stop by the latch had to be removed. I need the hinge fixed as the frame slightly cracked and the door stop has to be nailed back on .

I need a door lock installed

I need someone to assemble to chest drawers and fix curtain rod

Updated: • Removing vegetation/debris from around the building and affected areas • Bagging up vegetation and loose debris neatly • Breaking down and bagging any leftover loose materials from the previous clearance to help create additional space • Boarding/securing the rear opening using treated OSB/plywood • Sealing accessible internal gaps/openings where suitable with exterior sealant/foam • General tidy up of the working area once completed
