Toilet seat come off and broken at joint. It’s not a normal toilet in the sense that you have to access it from the back (as we understand it) rather than just screw it on. Have replacement toilet seat to replace broken one

Install new toilet seat in my ground floor flat

I have removed the old toilet seat to replace a new one. However there are some rubber ‘stoppers’ in the holes which I can’t remove. I’ve tried screwing the new screws into them but it doesn’t work. One screw is now stuck as it the rubber stopper twists on that side. The picture show the stoppers from above and below. I posted this task a week ago however we were away for Christmas meaning we didn’t ever get in touch with anyone.

I need someone to help remove this fixing from an old toilet seat. It's a quick 10 minute job I could do myself if I had the correct tools

We can't get this broken rak ceramics lid off our toilet. We do have a replacement raks ceramics lid that can be installed after removal (so no parts need to be bought) We've had a lot of trouble trying to remove the broken one as it needs a specific nut tool for it to be removed.

Good Day I need my toilet seat replaced. I brought a new D shape seat but it does fit directly into the existing fixtures so I'm not sure if they need to be removed and replaced with the fixtures that came with the new seat or if I need a new seat as it does fit as flush.
