I need a new toilet seat installation. It is two screws at the top to put in. There is none at the bottom to access. I have a potential option at my unit, but I need help to place it on, and if not, I am happy to pay for another seat that fits.
I would definitely recommend Leonardo. He was efficient, knowledgeable, communicative, and handled the task perfectly. I will definitely be using Leonardo again or recommending him.

1. [Most important] Toilet seat cover/lid - the lid keeps falling. It might need new screws to tighten it 2. A rolling shutter that needs to be fitted on the window 3. Tight Shower handle - comes out in hand if you pull a bit harder
