I need someone to remove my existing toilet seat and install a new one. The current seat is partially broken at one hinge, so removal may involve loosening or cutting stuck bolts. The mounting hardware looks accessible from the top and possibly underneath. 1. [Most important] Toilet seat cover/lid - the lid keeps falling. It might need new screws to tighten it 2. A rolling shutter that needs to be fitted on the window 3. Tight Shower handle - comes out in hand if you pull a bit harder
