We have purchased a home workout hanging bar frame that needs to be securely wall mounted. It comes with it's own set of instructions for the assembly.

I have just moved in and have a lot of odd jobs around the house. Namely, three large rugs in three rooms need to be put down, two single beds and a large headboard need unwrapping and taken downstairs to put my mattresses on to, coffee table unboxing and assembling, help flattening out and sorting all the cardboard boxes and recycling, putting empty suitcases in storage under stairs or in shed, basic kitchen storage/hanging metal storage assembly and help installing in a pretty complex pull-out bin. I just need two skilled, strong and capable people to help me with everything please.

The finish must be neat and bubble-free, without blocking trickle vents or interfering with the frame or blind. - Secure the electric blind battery pack with self-adhesive Velcro while keeping charging access. - Replace a B22 LED bulb (9W, 806 lm, 4000K), inspect the shade and holder, and refit the shade securely. Stop and report if the holder or wiring needs a qualified electrician. - Inspect and renew defective shower and basin silicone; check peeling paint beside the shower for moisture or failed seals, then make good and repaint after drying. - Cap a redundant hole inside the mirrored bathroom cabinet if appropriate. - Inspect worn black coating on the shower controls, basin tap and towel rail, and quote a durable repair or replacement. - Make good and touch up marked or chipped kitchen and studio walls and skirting, including paint pulled away near the blind. - Check and locally restore the marked wooden windowsill if dry; report any ongoing moisture. Please include labour and routine consumables in your offer, itemise any specialist parts or return visit, and bring suitable tools. Please send before and after photos. A detailed defect brief and photos can be shared with the assigned Tasker.

Toilet seat needs to be re-fixed to the seat as there were screws missing. I've ordered a universal toilet fixing pack of screws (see pictures). Just need someone to come in asap to quickly refix. The hot tap isn't working in our kitchen - think the valve is closed or been switched off at the tank (see pic) Office hours are 9am - 6pm

Need installation for a chandelier including electrical wiring as the lighting is LED.

I am not able to put down my blind. I am not sure if they are broken or not... but they do not come down at all. I have tried everything :(

Have taken off the old seat but the nuts are tricky to remove, need to get them removed and the new seat installed, there is only narrow space between the loo and the bath/walls

Need to redecorate around light fixture base on ceiling. Remove bad filler, fill properly, sand and smooth. If possible, paint to match surrounding ceiling colour and texture. Only the area around the fixture.

A door fell out due to wind. It damaged the wall on the way down, the damage looks plaster-level. Need that smoothing over and painting + some smaller paint jobs on the stairs perhaps. Also need a latch applied to said door to prevent it falling again!
