Remove an existing toilet seat and fit a new toilet seat, which I will provide. Repair/adjust the Magic Corner mechanism in a kitchen corner cupboard. It is currently not working correctly. . Have a look at my garden door handle, which isn't functioning very well, and see if it can be adjusted or repaired to make it work better. Ideally looking for one person to complete all four jobs in one visit.
