Hi, I need someone to fix a stainless steel insert kitchen sink (with a draining board) that is lifting out of the work surface. The sealant has failed and I suspect the fixing clips underneath have either rusted, come loose, or the worktop edge needs checking. I need someone to inspect it, tighten or replace the clips, and re-seal it correctly so it sits flush and watertight. Please let me know your availability and estimated cost.

Hot tub maintenance includes draining, cleaning and refilling the tub, dosing and balancing chemicals, rotating/cleaning filters, and recording the readings in the log. Gardening is light general maintenance to keep the outdoor areas tidy and well presented for guests. The old seat has snapped along one side. The toilet is a BellaVista make. I've tried unsuccessfully to find a replacement because of the hinge fittings.

External door needs fixing to gate post. Cat flap fitting in hardwood section of windows.

The front door letterbox flap fell off. Ideally it can be put back in plce of if that is not possible than replaced with a new one.
