Our Roman blind affixing needs atttention/fixing as it keeps falling off

I have 4 venetian blinds, each 180 cm wide, that need to be fitted inside the window recess. The recess width is 178 cm, so each blind will need to be trimmed down on both ends to fit. Each blind will also need the drop/length adjusted so they sit correctly once installed. What’s needed: • Trim blinds from 180 cm → approx. 176–177 cm • Clean, even trim on both sides (no rough edges) • Adjust the length/drop of each blind to suit the window height • Fit all 4 blinds securely inside the recess • Bring appropriate tools for clean cutting and length adjustment

I am installing a show home and need to have 2 ceiling mounted curtain tracks and 8 roman blinds fitted please. All fixed points will be marked up for you in advance for ease.
