The blind pulls to closed but springs back up, not holding in place. The cord on one side seems to be hanging loose.

Need blinds removed before painting. They're also a bit broken on the wall so will need to be sorted before reattached later anyway, but this is just simple removal job want it done in a way they're not destroyed in the process! We have a small step ladder to access them if you're tallish. They're about 260cm up.

I need a carpenter. I need to remove three of the MDF facias shown in the picture: the centre, left and right. I need them removed carefully and without damaging them, such that they can be re-attached when complete. Once removed, I will be fixing the blinds.
