Zanussi Washer Dryer diagnostics and repair required. Previous handy man came to repair but was unable to. Said it appeared there was a heating element fault as a likely result of tenant negligence to cleaned and maintain filter cleaning, cuasing debris clogg. Bathroom extractor fan issues unknown, currently they are not switching on.

Washing machine needs to be connected to water supply under kitchen sink.. May need to add a new valve to pipework to allow connection. Plus a minor leak under sink, may need resealing or quick fix with plumbers mait.
