I need diagnosing and repair on my washing machine as it’s leaking water from the bottom

My Samsung Ecobubble washing machine cut out mid-wash on 21/4/25 and it won’t turn back on. It is 6 years old. Checked fuse box. All fine. I drained it, checked the filter and cleaned it, checked the pipes (under my kitchen sink) had no kinks, used sink unblocker in my kitchen sink (where the washing machine also drains too/shares a drain). I can't check the power socket as this is not visible to me - I turn it on at the wall above my countertop (mains switch) which is still working fine as far as I can tell (lights up). I can’t get it into diagnostic mode. No power/buttons not responding.

The lock of the washing machine will not release, it is locked and the door will not open.

The washing machine started to make a loud noise mid cycle. The drum continued to turn at first but then stopped. I could open the door to get the towels out but the water had not drained and was still pooled in the bottom of the drum. The machine felt hot to the touch at first.

We need a washing machine disconnected then if possible to be removed also for recycling, if only disconnection can be done it’s fine

Washing machine is leaking from bottom.

Start button on front console is loose, meaning washing cycle can no longer be started. Needs someone who can remove front console and out the button back in its place/repair so it can work again
