Washing machine leaking from the bottom of the machine. All pipes are connected securely. Fridge not working after a short circuit. Have tried resetting fuse box but no luck

The washing machine is blocked and doesn't work and keeps flashing.

The washing machine drum has come loose, potentially a bearing needs replacing. It is an Electrolux Time Manager.

We have an AEG Dual Sense Technology Protex Washer Dryer (AEG L76684NWD) and we've had problems with stopping midway thorough a wash and dry cycle. We had a similar problem about 1 year ago which was fixed and we told to do regular wash cycles and keep filter clean. This has been done more recently clothes were finishing the wash cycle with a bad smell. We ran some wash cycles with bleach and this seemed to have alleviated the smell after wash only cycles. However the drying cycles were not working, they would start and then stop. The 60 min wash and dry cycle works but the bad smell returned after this cycle. We are wondering if something is stuck in the air passage way that enables the drying process.

My tenant reported a broken seal on the washing machine. A replacement seal arrived Friday. He needs someone to fit it. I'm looking for someone to run a basic maintenance check at the same time. The tenant has not confirmed when the filter was last emptied for example. The filter is bottom right plug of the drum, of course you need a bucket or takeout container for this! The tenant was asked to use the laundrette in the meantime. When I asked for photos you see a large crack in the rubber seal. The maintenance check is to be certain there are not further issues and the seal replacement has resolved water escape. The maintenance check should include a clean up when the new seal is fitted i.e no residue water log in from the tear. The tenant works night shifts, even on prior agreement they do not open the door in the morning. Any site visits need to be after midday. You will be in a whatsapp group with me as landlord and the tenant as access to help communications to run smooth. The tenant is Spanish speaking, I am English speaking. I lived on site myself before this tenant, it's my home. I need the spare room decorated (fresh lick of paint, I will buy the material). Also, the new washing machine in my kitchen shakes terribly so I need to pin it down to the floor and/or box it into the wall or something. I can show a video of how it shakes so to give an idea. At first we rectified this by only doing wash cycles, followed by a separate dry cycle. This worked for a while but now the dryer starts and then stops and makes quite a loud sound. Now at times a lesser sound happens even during the wash cycles.
