Scope of work includes: • Assessing and repairing a cosmetic crack in drywall/plaster • Supplying all tools, equipment and materials required for the repair (e.g. filler/compound, tape if required, sanding materials, drop sheets, etc.) • Preparing the surface properly so the repair is smooth and flush with the existing wall • Painting over the repaired area so it blends seamlessly with the surrounding wall I already have the matching paint from the original supplier, which will be provided. I have a security screen I need fitted to my front door and some security bars I need fitted to my verandah. I need a security door for my verandah which i have not got. I also need a security screen fitted for my back door which i have not got but could buy if necessary. I of course will pay for the doors if you could acquire ones that are suitable. The door for the verandah will need to be wider than normal doors usually are

I’m looking for a qualified plasterer and painter to complete a small ceiling repair. The two pendant lights in the photo are being removed by an electrician. One downlight will be installed in the place of one pendant, leaving at least one ceiling hole to be plastered and painted. The area around the new downlight may also require patching and painting. Scope of work: - Plaster/patch ceiling hole(s) - Paint repaired area(s) with 1 base coat and 2 top coats I will take a paint chip to Bunnings to have the colour professionally matched. Plastering required to patch 2 holes which were cut out of the plaster board to repair water leaks. Square setting. Hole 1: 1200 x 600 (approx) Hole 2: 600 x 200 (approx)

I took out the medicine cabinet in bathroom wall and tried to fix the hole myself with gyprock and filler. Continues to show cracks around the edge. Need someone to fix this for me, so no cracks are seen when painted over. I have some spare gyprock to use if needed.

I have 2 rooms, the base coat has been done. Hang and partials set done. So it's quick cash for you. Just the final code and maybe some sanding is required. Just to make it finished so the painter to come in and Do his work? Anticipate maybe an hour or 2 worth. But I'm paying a premium amount cause I need it done ASAP.

I'm looking to get three power points installed. Two internal and one external.
