Small plastering job surrounding a light fixture. Our friend ripped out the old fixture, cracked the plaster and it needs fixing and reinforcement before we put the new fixture back in.

Fix ceiling plaster. Basically we needed to replsce the light/heat/exhaust fixture and our friend ripped it out of the ceiling. There are now cracks around where the fixture was, and needs reinforcement. We need this fixed so that we can install the new light fixture.

Old Queenslander balustrade rotted in parts and needs replacing before I paint. Also some old repairs that need fixing as done very badly.

Hi, I’ve just bought a Kings Plus 170° awning and I need someone experienced who can install it properly and safely onto the roof bars of my Pajero Sport. A few photos to give you an idea.

Box out door and replace with gyprock wall. We don’t need a doorway and we are closing it permanently, see pics attached. Task is to supply and install timber and gyprock to form a wall flush with existing. Install skirting as per existing. Plaster as required.

Involves sanding kick boards, plastering and gap filling the balustrades and stairs. Cleaning the drops of paint on the stairs. Roughly 15sqm of wall to paint as well. Paint will be supplied by me.

Hi, I accidentally clipped my rendered mailbox and need it repaired. Scope of work: - Repair chipped render (foam visible underneath) - Match existing texture (important) Colour match paint - Re-level / stabilise mailbox base (slightly shifted) Notes: - Standard foam/render mailbox (not brick) - Looking for a clean cosmetic finish so damage is not noticeable - Flexible timing but sooner is better

Need to render outside of new door that was installed in a brick wall going out to a new deck. If we can render the door frame flat, then we will paint.

Roofing/flashing repairer required to inspect and repair water ingress issues in 3 areas of a house/carport. To address the source of water ingress, reseal/waterproof the affected junctions, and replace any locally damaged fascia/trim where required. Large-scale replacement works are not expected unless clearly necessary. Part A – Carport corner/pillar Water appears to be entering the corner above the brick pillar, causing the black fascia/trim board to rot, with staining/runoff down the pillar. Required: Inspect and identify likely entry point Carry out targeted resealing/waterproofing of the junction/flashing Remove and replace the damaged section of fascia/trim if needed Make the corner watertight Part B – Front awning/patio roof Leak where the metal awning roof meets the house wall. Required: Inspect roof-to-wall junction Reseal flashing/joints as needed to stop water ingress Part C – Rear awning/patio roof Similar issue to Part B, but along a longer section. Required: Inspect leak points Carry out targeted resealing of flashing/joints as needed Ensure water is draining away correctly Photos attached. Please quote for the repair work needed to make the affected areas watertight. If any larger replacement works are considered necessary, please explain why and provide that separately from the base repair scope.

Correctly plug hole with plaster and small paint over 50cm x 10cm strip where old light fitting used to be

Fix up a bit of plaster work and paint after. Only ceiling of main bathroom and ensuit.
