Home hot water system is not working properly. Luke warm water.

Need kitchen tap fixed please. It has developed very low water pressure, and the hot water barely comes through. All the other taps in the house have normal hot and cold water pressure, so the issue seems to be isolated to this tap. I’m not sure whether it just needs a repair (e.g. cartridge or blockage) or whether the tap needs replacing. I’d appreciate someone who can diagnose the issue and either fix it or let me know if a replacement is the best option.
