We have a tiled roof with a damaged/broken area, as shown in the photos. We are looking for an experienced and licensed roofer / roof tiler to inspect and repair the damaged area. Scope of work: * Inspect the damaged area * Repair or replace the damaged roof tiles * Repair any cracked/damaged mortar or bedding if required * Make sure the area is properly sealed and weatherproof * Check that there is no potential water leak * Supply and install any required materials This is a small localised repair only. We are NOT looking for a full roof restoration or replacement. Please provide a quote including labour and materials. Photos are attached for reference. My house roof is leaking and requires repair work. The internal ceiling has also started to sag, and I can see some visible signs of unevenness in the ceiling. The internal ceiling therefore needs to be properly secured and re-fixed in place.

Metal roof over verandah extension has holes that need to be patched. Extent of damage or wear is unknown. 2 level house. Preferable contractor is licensed & insured. Price is a placeholder & TBD.

1. Main thing ot be fixed-The fibre roof tiles in one room in my office need to be cut to size and stuck together to hold in the roof, as there is a space currently 2. Second- the washer dryer is not drying properly- it is likely a faulty solenoid as the machine was cleared of debris and buildup, and is still running poorly

Repair a plasterboard ceiling in the garage. The ceiling will need to be cut open to check for any leaks. If no leak is found, patch and repair the plasterboard. Looking for someone who can do this ASAP.

I had a plaster roof installed and it’s coming off the window frame impacting the blinds. I also need three pictures hung across a wall. The wall is a plaster cover over bricks so can break easily if not drilled correctly.

I need a rusted galv roof sheet(high set house) and capping replaced and some gutters cleaned. Also a pool heat mat near the rusted point needs the leaking section siliconed up or the leak fixed.

Need someone to replace the corner piece of flashing/weatherboard (not sure what it's called) on side of our house. It's only easily accessible from the driveway and is two stories up, so high ladder will be required. Looking for someone to provide the materials, cut to size and screw in.
