Gyprock the inside of a new build granny flat. It’s on 62 square meters. I’ve already got the insulation on site.

Need two PowerPoints installed to accomodate new TVs. House is brick. Single story house. Easy roof access. Power point to be installed low near skirting. The outlets are for wall mounted tvs. Happy to combine this service with TV mounting if you offer. Needs to be positioned to suit a 65 inch and 55 inch tv.

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to complete some repair jobs across two rooms. Most of the issues were caused by past water damage (which has been fixed). Job details: 1. Sliding Door Corner Repairs - Two double sliding doors (four corners total). - The metal corner beads have rusted and expanded. - Remove damaged sections of corner bead and plaster, supply and install new beads, and re-plaster/feather into the existing surface so it’s ready for painting. 2. Skirting Line Repairs - Skirting boards have been removed for replacement. - Some plaster along the bottom of the wall is loose due to water damage. - Remove any loose material and re-plaster along the skirting line to create a sound, straight base for new skirting and repainting. 3. Ceiling, Wall & Cornice Patch - Water damage has affected a section of concrete ceiling near a corner as well as wall below it. - Chip out damaged plaster and re-plaster on ceiling and wall. About 50-60cm of cornice on each side of the corner needs attention (repair or replace) - A small area above a door also needs patching as well as a few other little sections (included in pics) 4. Second Room – Ceiling/Corner Patch - A separate room had minor water damage; damaged plaster has already been chipped back. - Corner/ceiling area needs re-plastering and prepping for paint. - New Cornice to be installed. I have two PowerPoints right next to each other. I need one only - moved about 30cm

Needing plastering, render and white set to internal brick walls. 2 bedrooms (3mx 3.4m), 1 x lounge room (3.6mx7m) and 1 x small bathroom (2.6m x 1.8m). 50% of rendering in rooms already done (shown in photo), Bathroom is still bare brick to 4 walls. We would prefer job to be done as soon as possible. Area prepped and ready to go.

Need someone to render and paint this small brick section to match the rest of the wall (see photo). Please supply all materials, including render mix, paint, and tools.
