I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. Materials to be included in the price. Photos attached. The job is ready to be completed now. Please provide a quote and, ideally, examples of similar brick/masonry plaster repair work you’ve completed.

Good Evening ! I have small job that needs doing. patched/filled etc before our glass splashback goes in. is this something you could do? Its where a phone point was and 2 areas that our new splashback wont cover. I am in Hammond Park.

Reversed into the garage and took a chunk out of the rendered corner of the front of the house. Needs to be patched and painted.

Plastering and painting of front brick walls of approximately 50 m2

Render on wall has peeled and cracked in some spots hoping to get it touched up and brought back to life , main job would be the garden bed wall others are just small peelings and chips along the front of the house walls

We have some water damage in our Yangebup warehouse from a leaking waterpipe that has now been repaired. We require the following repair. 1)Damaged plasterboard ( I believe its plasterboard - possibly vila board - Unsure exactly) that needs to be cut out and replaced....and patch 4 holes as per photos. Total length to be cut out and replaced is approx 5m x about 40cm high - along the floor line. 2) kickpanel to kitchen cupboard needs to be replaced (currently has been removed for it to dry out) and end kitchen cupboard panel to be replaced. 3) retiling of floor skirting as tiles will come off when you remove the plasterboard at floor level to replace it (about 2.5m of this). 4)Painting of the 2 walls where plasterboard has been replaced. 5)removal of all waste Location is Yangebup

New cistern. Remove and replaster two damp areas caused by leak from shower grout. Install kick boards and door furniture to kitchen cabinets.

Prepare this area for painting and tiling by indoor rendering or boarding up and gap sealing the brick bits (photo 1) and sealing where the countertop meets the wall (photo 2 and 3). The red brick areas will be tiled. The rest will be painted. (Not by you 😊 I’m just asking for prep) And then add some sealer to the place the benchtop is sitting on wall. See photos.
