I need the back and side of my house rendered. It’s brick. It’s fine to quote a per SQM price as I can’t measure it that easily but I think there is about 40-50 or so sqms

We’ve recently had bifold doors installed and have purchased an awning to position above it (already delivered). When the doors are open, they protrude at a measurement of 925mm. Fiamma F65 awning not retracting in when trying to wind up with manual winch. Winch free spins but awning itself does not retract.
