I have a job on today where I need an offsider to hold one end of a roller shutter awning. We will be on ladders with planks going across. You don’t need to be able to use tools or anything, just be able to hold one end of the roller shutter whilst I fix it in place, There are 2 awnings to fit.

Prep & Repaint ceiling with anti-bacterial & mould paint.

Needing 2 x small dog doors patched, 1 x skylight and hole in gyprock patched

Affix awning to side of house (see images for location on house) I have put together the pieces of the awning however require assistance to finish this process and to affix

Reception desk has power points in it that are hard wired through cables coming up through the floor. I need the desk disconnected asap and cables capped off

Repair to gyprock and base plate including painting to match

As per stated .. minor welding repairs to awning. To weld / join new flat bars to badly corroded sections

I have 2 rooms, the base coat has been done. Hang and partials set done. So it's quick cash for you. Just the final code and maybe some sanding is required. Just to make it finished so the painter to come in and Do his work? Anticipate maybe an hour or 2 worth. But I'm paying a premium amount cause I need it done ASAP.

Need a repair done on our garage ceiling. Replace gyprock on ceiling, plastered and sanded. The damaged area is approximately 500mm x 500mm. I'll do the painting afterwards.

Previous patch repair attempt visible and poorly blended. Wall surface is uneven with visible dents/curves and rough patchwork. Have paint match already.
