I need a plasterer to complete patching works in my kitchen and lounge area. Work includes: - approx 10m along skirting board area requires patching in sections and smoothing in others (approx 5m where the gyprock came off when I removed the skirting and approx 5m requires smoothing where surface is rough). -Had an electrician install downlights and there’s a about 20 holes in the ceiling requiring patching as well as a couple on the wall where they needed to run a cable and install a light switch (pictures show holes). -section of ceiling in kitchen above cupboards where cornice was removed requires smoothing off in preparation for painting. -smooth a crack on the ceiling and fill a few scuff marks on walls and around door where blind was previously installed in preparation for painting.

The existing wall-mounted dryer needs to be taken down and not re-installed, as the tower will replace it. The current hot/cold tap outlets are ~110cm high and will be blocked by the tower. We need the outlets raised vertically on the same wall by approx. 35–45cm, so they sit just above the top of the tower (~150cm) and remain side-accessible. Wall type: Gyprock (hollow wall), easy access to pipework. Cabinet and sink must remain in place — no cabinet removal. During toilet renovation at upper level, ground floor ceiling got damaged. Gyprock repair, patching and painting is required for ceiling. Opening size in ceiling is around 40x55 centimeter

I need new gyprock installed in bathroom, which is 3m x 2.5m x 2.8m high

My floating wall has recently broken off the wall and has left behind holes. I would like this patched up and repainted.

I will have someone on site performing the removal and we need assistance with taking rubbish debris moved to garage for our rubbish guys to collect.. Also removing insulation bats and disposal . Rooms we are removing are Entry, Hallway 1, Dining room, Storage1, Staircase, WIW, Bedroom 1, Ensuite, Ceiling cavity insulation, Hallway 3, Toilet 2, Bathroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 , we need labour and also rubbish removal. Ive added a couple photoes to give idea , room ceilings are staying in and flooring same as bath shower and toilet. We only want walls done and insulation. Job may roll over to 2 days we will start at around 10 on the first day due to key collection. This task will be one day and we can extend as we go if need be

Wanting a renderer to replace old rusted Angles with new ones on some areas on an exterior job, might need to render around them to blend in . Low access . Job is for early August. Photos will be posted . You’ll have to provide materials. Please include all the removal of old angles and preps. Be mindful that I have taken this job with a budget

There’s a hair line crack thru the render need it repaired.

Need to build a timber handrail and add balustrades between the gaps. Also please varnish to match the colour

3 gyprock patch’s 2 approx 1.5m x 1m to ceiling and another one 1m x 2.4m

Any time today, tomorrow/Friday either before 9.30am or after 1pm, Saturday after 11.30am, or Sunday after 11.30am Patch and sand 5 x gyprock ceiling sections (for me to paint later) - 1 x ~20cm where exhaust fan removed, appears to have been bogged previously (I have gyprock piece on hand to use for patch) - 1 x ~30cm (I have gyprock piece electrician cut out) - 1 x section with multiple ~1.4cm holes - 2 x ~2.2cm holes above bathroom mirrors Patch and sand 1 x plaster wall where electrical switch removed Brush/pan/vac supplied to clean up after yourself

The tv wall has been damaged it needs to be repaired along with some touch ups around the house. I have provided the colour code.
