We'd like to hang a picture and a mirror. 1x large painting (112x 116cm) on villaboard wall. 1x mirror (70x70cm) on a tiled bathroom wall above a sink. Both will need to be expertly hung and are quite precious. We will also need any materials (e.g. hooks) to hang them.

I need a professional plasterer to finish a newly built room. All gyprock is already installed on the walls and ceiling. This is a finishing job only—taping, mudding, and sanding. Room Dimensions: 2m x 4.2m with 2.4m high ceilings. Key Requirements: Square Set Finish: No cornice is being used. I need a perfectly flush, clean square finish on all wall-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall internal corners. Uneven Joins: A few boards have uneven joins (see photos) that will need a professional touch to feather out and ensure a flat surface. Full Finish: Tape and set all recessed and butt joints, external corner beads, and all screw heads. Sanding: Final sand must be paint-ready. Cleanliness: You must clean up all dust and plaster debris from the floor and site upon completion. Details: Materials: Please include the cost of all tape, base coat, and topping compound in your quote. Timing: Ready to start as soon as possible. Location: Grange Equipment: Please bring your own stools, tools, and drop sheets. A vacuum-attached sander is highly preferred to manage dust.

I’m removing a built in desk and found that there’s a live power point mounted to the back of the cabinet under the desk. Just need a sparkie to safely remove power point and re-mount on wall in same place after pulling the cabinet out of the way. Must have insurance & ESO licence. This is a business and we can't turn off the power during operating hours so would need to be outside of those hours (before 7.30am or after 7pm Mon - Thu, before 7.30am or after 5.30pm pm Fri, before 8am or after 4pm on a Sat or any time Sun).

Hi, Looking for a certified sparky to install 2x Exhaust fan/Lights/Heat light in both our bath rooms. Exhaust fan is not working. Was going to purchase them but unsure which one is best for making it an easy job, Also looking to have a new power point installed behind the pictured bed side table. Closest power is either from the light switch pictured, or in the bathroom behind pictured door. Thanks

I am in need of someone to come and install glass that we have on the front porch of our house. There are 4x spaces: 1 - 2715mm wide 2 - 1640 wide 3 - 1765 wide (this needs to have a gate in it) 4 - 1870 wide We have glass already and spigots to fit. Plaster and paint garage/granny flat wall.
