We are turning our sunroom into a study. The roof does not have a cavity but has exposed beams so we want to put insulation in the gaps between the beams and then enclose the insulation to try and reduce the heat in the room - see photos. The room is 2.7m by 4.2m and we already have the insulation so need a person to supply the gyprock and other materials and create a ceiling so it it ready to paint.

Garage roof have nails visible and ceiling is shaggy couple of place . Due to not enough gum by previous contractor it’s hanging.

Shaggy roof at different place in garage and curved as previous contractor didnt put enough glue .so gyprock is hanging .neils can be seen ,look like as previous owner tried to fix it as well

Fixing holes in walls, and areas hooks have been placed into walls as well as some Areas paint has been ripped off the walls. Will need repainting in certain areas too. Paint will be provided.

Garage interior roof drywall repair. New hot water flue required drywalll to be cut and removed. It is fire resistant drywall. Job is to repair. and grout to paint finish. Actual painting can be included or excluded. Dimensions: width of repair 470mm, length 8m

Looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to do two small patch repairs: 1. Inside wardrobe: Repair a small damaged area around a pipe penetration in the ceiling (see photo). Needs to be patched, sealed, and finished flush with surrounding plaster. 2. Bedroom wall: Repair the area where a wall light fitting was removed. There are multiple small anchor holes and one larger section that needs patching and smoothing ready for paint. You’ll need to: • Supply all materials (plaster compound, tape, etc.) • Patch, sand, and finish both areas smoothly and ready for painting • Clean up after the job Photos attached for reference.
