Doorway to be framed 600mm deep] Frame built in wardrobes – each side of doorway. One measuring 610mm x unsure of height as angle to meet ceiling) the other side is 1245 x 2700 angled to 2900 (approx) Both walls are 2700 at one end angled to 3450 (raked/cathedral ceiling) 3. Frame bathroom walls x 2 measuring wall 1: 2810 x 3200 (approx.) with a 920 x 2040 cavity doorway (cavity slider frame supplied. Cavity slider is steel frame). Wall 2. 2925mm x 2700 angled to 3200 (approx.) Bathroom also requires a small wall of 640mm x 2900 (approx.) (creates shower wall and other side is cabinet for washing machine etc) I've also attached a plan of the walls. All the outer walls are already done except the 3 outer walls of the art room. The colourbond siding on the wall that will be the bedroom/art room adjoining wall need to be removed and placed on the outer side of the opposite wall of art room.

The paint removed from cement render . Render to stay and least amount of reduction as possible . Using an angle grinder no paint strippers etc . I can supply angle grinder if needed . Only on selected front surfaces . Inside surfaces not required

Have a few odd jobs with plaster, such as plastering the new plasterboards i put in. Fixing holes and plastering. Best if you frequent the area or pass by as I prefer plaster to dry before sanding. Comment with your hourly rate

Need to replace my external awning on two of my windows with either a PVC indoor plantation shutter or external roller shutter. If you have any other ideas to replace the canvas awning please let me know and provide quote to supply and install.

Our living room and dining room have a mismatch of wall surfaces, heights etc, and we want to tidy this all up by some reframing, and then some plastering as well. This is going to be easiest if you come out and quote, but I have provided some photos. There are 6 walls that we're talking about. 1) A large facebrick wall that needs some framing to hang a sliding barn door on it, and then plastering over the facebrick wall. Aircon needs to be taken down and then hang back up etc. 2) 3 walls that have rough render on then, we want this replaced with smooth render 3) 1 dry wall we need built up to ceiling height and then plastered on both sides 4) 1 dry wall with a wooden top frame that we want removed (so the wall is staying, the 1970s style wood frame is going) and plastering redone. Ignore the budget. We have no idea what to expect, but this silly app makes you set a budget

There are old light replaced with new lights, old lights is removed and there are holes on the ceiling, thise ceilings needs to be patched and colored.There are around 14 holes.

Just need new GPO installed, existing one not working due to age. Have the new one here so literally just the labour.

Seeking a plasterer to sheet an ensuite. All sheets, screws, top & base coat, tape, corners already sourced and onsite ready to go - previous trade ghosted us. Includes 1 x 3000mmx800mm framed wall, 2 x 2400mmx950mm wall (front and back side) and a little overhead section connecting these two walls together that’s framed, and 1 x 2100mmx1000mm wall (front and back). All areas have been framed, plumbing and electrical done to be accounted for when sheeting.

Power point on left side of house not working

Box out door and replace with gyprock wall. We don’t need a doorway and we are closing it permanently, see pics attached. Task is to supply and install timber and gyprock to form a wall flush with existing. Install skirting as per existing. Plaster as required.

Install outdoor PowerPoint anywhere near back door

Involves sanding kick boards, plastering and gap filling the balustrades and stairs. Cleaning the drops of paint on the stairs. Roughly 15sqm of wall to paint as well. Paint will be supplied by me.
