The job includes: • Repairing 3 holes/damaged areas in plasterboard walls where door handles have hit the walls over time and caused the damage. Please note that they’re not big holes/ damage so not that big of a job for someone who’s experienced and knows what he’s doing so kindly don’t waste your and my time if you’re not experienced enough and just accepting this job to make some extra cash) • Patching, sanding and painting the repaired wall sections so they blend in and look like new. • Repairing one damaged bathroom door (crack/hole in a hollow-core door), then preparing and painting the repaired area so the damage is no longer visible. I'm looking for someone who has experience with plasterboard repairs and can leave a neat, professional finish. Flexible with dates, but would like the job completed as soon as possible.

I have a knocking water pipe somewhere behind a gyprock wall in my living room. The noise occurs when a toilet is flushed, a tap is used, or the washing machine is running. I would like someone to: * Investigate the source of the noise * Cut a small access hole if required * Secure the pipe if possible * Patch the wall afterwards I understand the exact cause may not be known until the wall is inspected.
