I am looking for a licensed electrician to complete a few small electrical jobs at my property: - Install 2 ceiling downlights -Install 3 double power points (easy access and next to existing points) Replace approximately 2–3 existing switches I also have some additional work planned, including installation of a CCTV and alarm system, and would be happy to engage the same electrician for these jobs if I find someone reliable and reasonably priced. Please provide your labour quote, availability and confirm that you are appropriately licensed and insured.

5 x 10 m, 4.5 m heigh living room / kitchen need plastering, square set around the windows and doors (no ceiling)

I need an electrician to replace/fix an internal power point enclosure that has come away from the wall.

Need some plastering done. We removed two skirting boards (one either side of the stairs) and need these joins plastered. One of the skirting boards needs to be cut neatly and removed, the other one has been removed but there is a minor plaster repair at the end of the skirting over the stairs needed to the remaining skirting board.

A small bit of rendering required above and below black frame. After someone who is neat and tidy and can work with smaller areas (I'm hoping I don't need to paint straight away you see 😃). Accessible from the garage roof. I have bought some masonry/render ready mix from Bunnings but you will need other tools to spread the render/sand it if required. Prefer someone who has experience with rendering.

I am a builder doing a renovation of an existing under house area. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Sheets are all installed. I need a plasterer to set and sand and install cornice. Job will be ready at the end of the week. Can do hourly rate or fixed rate would be ideal to have a look at the job and give a quote.

Hi I am looking for plastering to install new plasterboard ok ceiling I have the sheets ready including frames . My plasterer isn’t feeling I need to get the job done asap

I’m needing this plastering finished as soon as possible. I’ve had two handymen mates both start, but because they’re trying to work outside their full time jobs it’s just taking forever, and I really need it finished before Christmas lol. I’ve got most of the materials (not a mixer though!) Plaster tape, knives, trowels, gyprock, adhesive etc. what I don’t have is someone to finish this job 😂 I’m happy with an hourly rate (reflected in my offer price) but also fine if you’d like to do a set price for the job. Hole that was cut is to small to fit boxes through Need it done asap for electricians to complete fitout Note: pictures have tile sitting on the wall it is not glued to the wall. No installation or grouting required. Cut only. I have full uncut tiles if it’s easier to start without it having the hole in the middle.

Install plasterboard ceiling sheeting approx 28m2. Height 2400 ceiling. Existing sheeting has been removed and sections ready for resheet. Sheeting will be supplied. No cornices required.
