Required: Inspect roof-to-wall junction Reseal flashing/joints as needed to stop water ingress Part C – Rear awning/patio roof Similar issue to Part B, but along a longer section. Required: Inspect leak points Carry out targeted resealing of flashing/joints as needed Ensure water is draining away correctly Photos attached. Please quote for the repair work needed to make the affected areas watertight. If any larger replacement works are considered necessary, please explain why and provide that separately from the base repair scope.
