There are multiple small anchor holes and one larger section that needs patching and smoothing ready for paint. Hello, We have removed a ducted bulkhead air conditioning unit and need to plaster and patch this area before we install a new unit over the top. Dimensions of the area are roughly 900x260mm. The new air conditioning unit will cover most of it once it is attached.

I have 2 rooms, the base coat has been done. Hang and partials set done. So it's quick cash for you. Just the final code and maybe some sanding is required.
