Hi. I am looking for someone to mount my oscillating fan onto the exterior of my rendered brick house. The fan is brand-new and as pictured I would also like the installer to provide whatever is required to ensure it is secured properly

I need a licensed electrician to install an external waterproof power point on the wall underneath the power box, and to connect a waterproof plug to the 2.5mm twin and earth cable that I have left in the heavy duty conduit.

We have removed our old wooden balustrade from our balcony which leaves just aluminium posts (that we have sanded, rust arrested and painted). We have purchased 5 DIY aluminium panels that we would like installed between the posts. They are in pieces, and will require some minor cutting to length (so prefer if you have a sharp drop saw). It comes with top and bottom pieces that are secured to the metal posts with brackets, and then the slats are installed with spacers - they have provided all screws etc.

Need someone to help me install a power point outside my house to help with outside work.

22 year old home just repainted and the switches are showing how discoloured they are. Have purchased 50 new switches comprising = 16 x single light switch, 6 x double light switch, 3 x triple light switch and 25 x double power points. All cover plates are already removed. Easy access.

I took out the medicine cabinet in bathroom wall and tried to fix the hole myself with gyprock and filler. Continues to show cracks around the edge. Need someone to fix this for me, so no cracks are seen when painted over. I have some spare gyprock to use if needed.

Looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to do two small patch repairs: 1. Inside wardrobe: Repair a small damaged area around a pipe penetration in the ceiling (see photo). Needs to be patched, sealed, and finished flush with surrounding plaster. 2. Bedroom wall: Repair the area where a wall light fitting was removed. There are multiple small anchor holes and one larger section that needs patching and smoothing ready for paint. I have 2 rooms, the base coat has been done. Hang and partials set done. So it's quick cash for you. Just the final code and maybe some sanding is required. Just to make it finished so the painter to come in and Do his work? Anticipate maybe an hour or 2 worth. But I'm paying a premium amount cause I need it done ASAP.

I'm looking to get three power points installed. Two internal and one external.

Have to finish some minor plastering in 2 seperate units in Annerley. Unit 3 - a piece of plasterboard 95mm tall x 2240mm long needs to be fitted to small bulk head above sliding doors in bedroom. It will need to be skim coated for paint Unit 4 - some cornice need to be install inside a cupboard and also on outside. Cornice supplied. Needs to be set and to sandable stage.
