Rendering Bricks house. Measurement and Quotes.

All materials will be provided by me, just bring your experience and tools with you. Please take a look at the 5 photos (6 holes). Patch drywall needs to be completed work that includes 2 base coats and 1 top coat, fibreglass or tape must be used in line with Australian building standards. Please, you need to be professional, experienced, and responsible, we need quality work. All materials will be provided, you will need your trade Tools. You can offer no sanding if you prefer not to do the sanding as long as you stipulate it in your offer beforehand. Please ask questions if you have any queries as we appreciate your skills and we don’t want silly arguments or disagreements over scope or money, we want a 5-star rating for all parties and a happy outcome for everyone. I will provide the following “Base coat, top coat, drywall glue, liquid nail, 800 dry wall nails, a lot of metal studs, fibreglass tape, a lot of timber beams, sandpaper, sandpaper holder, handheld sanding machines, cornice cement, 13 mm drywalls.” You don’t need all of them but they are there if you need them.

There is a 15sqm (5x3m) external wall that needs to be repainted using Taubmans Armawall - the wall has 2 patches of rough "orange peel" like texture that will need a very light sand (small areas not the whole wall). This is on ground floor with easy access and no windows or obstructions on the wall.

See the photos : I knocked out some bricks, removed the door and would like to cement render the entrance and the room to match. Sand and cement render (ie not acrylic) no beading just hand tool bullnose kind of finish on the corners (to match the rest). There are 2 half hight walls and one full height wall and a wierd partial wall, Then on the retaining wall that you see in the picture Id like to 'skim it' with something to cover the bubbles from formwork like how you cover paster joints, but obviously a masonary equivalent. Ultimately I want a nice cement render finish on the bricks and a flat smooth surface on the retaining wall which i will paint in the future.
