We would like to replace the insulation in the roof. The room measures 4.5 m x 8.5 m. We would also like an opinion on what type of insulation to use for replacement, as the room is currently used for storage. I've been using the space, and there is no water filtration.

My son was painting a bike and a can of spray paint exploded, spraying paint over my window, down pipe, the neighbours timber fence, window and downpipe. I have a roof leak somewhere coming from my metal roof or skylight. Roof is accessed through a manhole/crawlspace upstairs.
