Scope Of Works: Upstairs Ensuite Shower (Unit 41) Shower Screen: Remove existing shower screen and wall channels. Re-fit existing shower screen on completion Full Retile - Shower Floor, (3) Walls and Hob: Remove existing tap ware and fittings. Re-fit existing tap ware and fittings on completion, if possible . Remove existing tiles from (3) walls, floor and inside, top & outside (if necessary) of hob. Remove existing floor waste. Fit new 80/100mm square chrome waste and puddle flange, if required. Fit new villaboard where required. Apply 2 coats of waterproof, including flexible bandage/ bond breaker as required. Remove & re-screed cement bed. Fit new 250 x 400mm white wall tiles to (3) walls. (Note: To the ceiling) Apply white premium grout to grout joints on (3) walls. Fit new 300 x 300mm white floor tiles to floor and inside, top & outside (if necessary) of hob. Apply white silicone to perimeter of shower. Apply mid-grey MG14 epoxy grout to floor grout joints of shower. Remove all rubbish & leave site clean & tidy. - Due date: Flexible

Require a professional gutter cleaner who has ladders and the cleaning tools. Gutter of an Queenslander style property needs to be cleaned, its all one level. Its a single storey house.

Currently renovating a 1880's works cottage. The house has now been raised, levelled with new structural flooring installed (yellow tongue). Works - I need the floor within the bathroom waterproofed. Ideally running approximately 100mm up the walls.
