I have a couple of leaks on the guttering/outside porch area of my 1 storey stand alone brick apartment. I previously got some of the leaks patched and gutters checked, however whenever there is a lot of rain, there is a particularly persistent leak right above from front door in porch area. A few other spots along the guttering doing it too. I don’t have the means to check the guttering and this leak is becoming persistent and annoying so need it fixed. I have tried to use tape for leaks but didn't work and just still leaks through when heavy rain.

Noticed a small leak coming from lounge room ceiling, insurance won’t cover the repair as the damage is from poor workmanship from before we purchased the house.
