I have a roof leak and I would like to have it identified sealed and or repaired. its just in the one spot. Will negotiate the price upon inspection.

The roof appears to be leaking in my townhouse. See pictures below, the Leak needs to be fixed immediately. It is a metal roof I am unsure about the cost, please quote just to fix the leak at this stage.

On valley close to affected bedroom area.We recommend the owner has weep holes applied to all main ridgelines Aprox30lm.Has all cut valley tiles cut back to allow a 100mm gap.Has lead flashings around chimney removed and replaced in full with new ensuring appropriate coverage is achieved all around.

The gutter water is not flowing because of an incorrect gutter slope, and some watermarks are found on the eave. Need someone to check if any leaking. I have highlighted the water area

In need of a reputable and knowledgeable roofie who can help with rust spots on our glass dome roof feature. The frame is non galvanised iron and due to incorrect levelling of the further underneath, the base has started to rust where water the water is pooling and not going to the drainage. Someone who can advise on the matter and is an expert in fibreglass repair. Previously been quoted for grind rust off, apply ranex or similar and then sealed and level off drainage with fiberglass .

As per photos a small section of the pointing has come loose at the bottom of the valley, around 50cm has broken away. As a result tiles have slipped and I’m struggling to lift tiles and insert the one which you can see sideways. No tiles are broken although I have plenty of spares.
