Broken roof tiles needs to be replaced. The replacement tile will be supplied, so the job is simply to safely access the roof, remove the damaged tile, install the new tile, and ensure it is correctly fitted and weatherproof.

Current tin shed roof rusted and sagged. Required or replacement. Width of roof is 2150 x 1650mm. New width will need to stay the same, but the current depth of1650 could be reduced to any range between 1500 - 1600mm. Need to retain current roof have laserlite (plastic strip). Flexible on width of laserlight as long as it is not less than 300mm wide. Please indicate if your cost includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof material. I have a small water damaged plaster section of roof that needs to be cut out, removed, replaced and repaired. Area is only 2000mm x 500mm approximately. On a ground floor standard ~2400 room height etc. The water issues have all been cleared up, so this is the last bit of clean up. You can access on weekends also if need be. Quote needs to include removing waste and a clean up. We should be able to curtain off this area easy enough to minimise sanding dust.
