1. Fix the roof tiles that caused this stain. Stain accumulated over the course of 4 years. I crawled in the attic and discovered there are minor drips when its raining. Solution: cement affected tiles? probably minor flashing required 2. Gutter cleaning (annual maintenance) Context. This house is situated on an elevated land. Frontend appears to be a two storey house, but its only 1 level.
Fixed the roof leaked. Gutter cleaning was slightly messy as the debris spilled onto the paver which needs another wash. Overall jacob got the job done. It was quick and hassle free.
